The Institute for Research-Development in Genomics processes a series of personal data of users when using the website https://genomica.gov.ro/

The Institute for Research-Development in Genomics, located at Str. The data collected through this website is for the sole use of the Genomics Research and Development Institute.

How long do we keep the data?

Data collected through cookies are used for statistical purposes and are anonymized as soon as you have left the Site - Google Analytics.

Data from communications sent using the forms available on https://genomica.gov.ro/ are kept until the situation is resolved and then archived.

What rights do you have?

  • the right to data portability - to the extent that we process personal data by automated means, you may ask us to provide your data in a structured, frequently used and machine-readable form. You can ask us to send your data to another controller, if technically possible.
  • the right to complain at National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data in Romania or to go to court.
