On January 29-30, 2025, the team of the Genomics Research and Development Institute and representatives of the "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy participated in the Festival of Genomics in London - the reference event for the global genomics and biodata community.
More than 300 inspirational speakers, the latest scientific discoveries, and clinical advances - all brought together in a setting dedicated to innovation and collaboration!
One of the major objectives achieved by the GRDI at the event was to strengthen collaboration with University College London, as well as to establish a point of activity with Genomics England. These collaborations will support the development of sequencing, IT, and bioinformatics analysis infrastructure in Romania.
Together, we contribute to the advancement of genomics in Romania and to the implementation of the most advanced technologies in the field!
