The B1MGPlus project aims to set up Genome EDIC, a new European structure in the field of genomics, to regulate the transfer of genomic data and coordinate collaboration between Member States in this field.

The conference brought together some of Europe's leading genomics representatives and world experts in the field.

For Romania, the CGDI and the UMFCD, it was a great honor to be designated as the organizers of this conference and to realize a successful four-day event, including both the main conference and two associated workshops. The conference, the discussions held and the recommendations received contribute significantly to the development of the National Strategy for Genomic Medicine and to the increased visibility of Romania at European level.
