The Institute for Research-Development in Genomics, located at 37 Dionisie Lupu Street, Sector 2, Bucharest, which operates under the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Carol Davila" of Bucharest, organizes a competition for the following contractual vacancies, full-time, for a fixed term (36 months), as follows:

The competition is organized in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 199/2023, as amended and supplemented, Law no. 319/2003 on the Statute of Research and Development Staff, as amended and supplemented, Government Decision no. 1339/2023 of 29 December 2023 on the approval of the Framework Methodology for the competition to fill vacant teaching and research posts in higher education, published in the Official Gazette of Romania no. 693/2021 on the establishment, organization and functioning of the Institute for Research-Development in Genomics, with subsequent amendments, Order MENCS no. 6129/20.12.2016 on the approval of the minimum necessary and mandatory standards for the award of teaching titles in higher education, professional degrees in research and development, the quality of PhD supervisor and the certificate of habilitation, published in the Official Gazette no. 123 bis of 15 February 2017, and based on the Competition Methodology of the Institute for Research-Development in Genomics.
The general and specific conditions required to fill the post, as well as the composition of the competition file , are those specified in the Competition Methodology of the Institute for Research-Development in Genomics, posted on the website. The mandatory minimum standards are set out in Annex I of the above-mentioned Methodology.
The competition will be conducted in accordance with Annex II of the above-mentioned Methodology.
